Definitions - "Shiptalk Limited", "The Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" when Used in this document, refers to Shiptalk Limited. "You" and "Your Organisation", "Your Company" or "Client" refers to You and/or the company or organisation on whose behalf You are authorised to register for Our services.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier:

Buy Online - click on "Buy Now " or "Add To Basket" and You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy Your order via credit/debit card payment.

Alternitive Payment Methods - You may send Your order and credit/debit card information via phone, fax, conventional mail or via email.

Order by mail - print off and complete the order form and return it to us with your payment .

Ordering by fax - print off and complete our online order form and then fax to +44 (0)191 469 7940. Once in receipt of your faxed order we will process your order and send you confirmation of your order by fax thereafter.
Payment against an invoice - we can agree invoicing terms with companies when ordering multiple copies of ,"SECAS and SOx - what you need to know".  For orders of 50 copies or more you will be offered a purchase discount along with the option to pay by invoice.

Delivery Schedule - Orders received before 2.00pm GMT Monday to Friday will normally be despatched on the same day. All other orders will be despatched on the next working day. If we cannot meet this delivery schedule for whatsoever reason You will be advised immediately.

Tax Charges - Book orders are zero rated for VAT purposes.

Credit Card Security - When paying by Credit/Debit card, all financial transactions are processed via an online secure, encrypted payment gateway. This payment method enables You to make purchases online with the knowledge that Your credit card details will be secure.

Guarantee - We guarantee Your satisfaction. Our returns policy complies with UK Government Regulations for Distance Selling. Please see: Statutory Instrument 2000 - 2334

Privacy Policy - Shiptalk Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than the disclosure of information to third-parties that is necessary to fulfill the delivery of the goods to You.

Our Returns Policy - You may return new, unopened items (supplied by Shiptalk Limited) within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund, net of any postage costs.

Book Condition : - Any books must be returned new and undamaged and, where applicable, in the original packaging.

All returns must include a returns note with a Shiptalk Limited returns order number.
